Wine is born in the vineyard. Starting from this premise, which to us is fundamental, we have replanted the vineyard with rooted cuttings (young vines) of Lison, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes, at a good planting density so as to achieve a low grape yield per plant. In the conviction that typicity adds value to high quality wines, during the process of working the soil of the vineyard and tending the vines we chose to limit all measures which might modify its natural character. While retaining all their typicity, the character of our wines varies slightly from year to year according to the nature of the season.
