Planting system in simple cordon.
Vinification: the harvest of Chardonnay is usually conducted during the last week of August. The grapes are macerated for about 6 hours, then, after soft press, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 12-15 days at 16-18°C.
Maturation: in stainless steel tanks for 7 months.
Colour: light straw-yellow with greenish tints.
Bouquet: vinouse, elegant with floral hints of daisy, clover and acacia, during evolution gets rips of ripe pear.
Taste: rich, soft, tasty and mineral. It has a good acidity and hits of pear.
Best with: Ideal as aperitive, you can enjoyed also with fisha nd soft cheeses. Our choice "Baccalà alla vicentina".
